Sir Isaac Wolfson, British financier and philanthropist, will build a synagogue in Avivim, the home of eight Israeli children murdered by Arab terrorists in a school bus ambush ten days ago. The plans were announced yesterday after Sir Isaac agreed to the plans proposed by Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir.
