The Central Council of Jews in Germany charged today that despite denials by the Munich police, the recent desecration of a synagogue there was anti-Jewish and political in nature. It also stressed the danger in what it described as links between German radicals and Arab terrorists. Heinz Galinsky, chairman of the Berlin Jewish community said in a published article, many Arab workers in Germany were supporters of the Arab terrorist groups. The Council also claimed that protective measures taken after the old-age home fire disaster in February were inadequate. In another development, intruders broke into the restaurant of the Munich Jewish community center and availed themselves of the provisions there. The police said there was no political significance to the incident.
