An agreement for scientific cooperation between Israel and the Netherlands was signed recently in a ceremony in The Hague, it was announced here yesterday. It calls for research in the life sciences to be carried out at the Weizmann Institute and at a number of Dutch institutions. The Netherlands government is providing $24,000 to finance the work. This is the first time that it has ever allocated funds for research outside of Holland.
