Ambassador Yitzhak Rabin said today that he expected the site of Arab-Israeli peace talks under United Nations envoy Gunnar V. Jarring to be announced within the next few days. Also to be announced is the diplomatic level on which the talks will be held. Ambassador Rabin said. He spoke to reporters at the airport prior to leaving on his return trip to Washington.
