Security measures have been tightened at Munich Airport and in various parts of the city in connection with the forthcoming trial of three Palestinian Arab terrorists, Mohammed Hadidi, Saleh Abdel Rachman and Mohammed Al-Hanafi who are charged with participating in an attack on an El Al airliner at Munich Airport on Feb. 11. The attack resulted in the death of one Israeli and the maiming of actress Hannah Meron, who lost a leg. The German weekly. “Der Stern” has quoted a leader of the terrorists as having said his organization might attempt to free the three Palestinians by hijacking a German airliner.
