Israel’s Foreign Minister Abba Eban will be the principal speaker tomorrow night at a dinner sponsored by the Greater New York Committee for State of Israel Bonds. The dinner, at the Plaza Hotel, will open the Committee’s 1970 Fall campaign. Nine New York business leaders will be accorded special tribute for their participation in the effort to mobilize Israel Bond investment funds to advance the economic development of Israel, the Committee announced today. William Goldfine, president of the Royal National Bank and honorary chairman of the Israel Bond campaign in New York City, is dinner chairman.
