An Israeli trade mission arrived here yesterday to try to sell the Argentine government Items that are produced in Israel but not manufactured here. They include electronic apparatus, communications equipment, toys, solar beaters and aeronautical equipment. The Israeli mission, headed by Col. Benyamin Gibli, vice president of the Israel Export Institute, is seeking to narrow the serious balance of payments gap between Israel and Argentina.
