Reliable sources said here today that President Richard M. Nixon has received a secret list from Premier Golda Meir naming the occupied Arab territories from which Israel refuses to withdraw under any circumstances. According to the report, the list was intended as information only for the U.S. government. Mr. Nixon reportedly took note of Israel’s position without indicating approval or disapproval. The sources could not say whether the list was submitted to the President during Mrs. Meir’s visit to Washington in September or during her current visit.
