Italy’s Foreign Minister Aldo Moro and Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko conferred on the Middle East here today. Both were reported to have reiterated their country’s efforts to bring about Mideast peace. Mr. Moro, however, suggested that the Mideast would benefit from an embargo on “complicated weaponry,” an allusion to the Soviet missiles delivered to Egypt.
