More than 4,000 young men and women have participated in the Student Exchange Program between West Germany and Israel during the recent years, it was announced here today. Figures released by the West German government showed that 3,215 young Germans visited Israel this year while 1,286 Israeli students attended West German universities. The West German government contributed approximately $378,000 towards this effort and it was announced that this grant would be increased for 1971.
