West German police and counter-intelligence agents are on the trail of Arab terrorists believed to be planning a new series of aerial hijackings and bomb outrages against German aircraft because of Bonn’s diplomatic and commercial ties with Israel, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned today. West German intelligence was tipped off by a foreign source to the presence of the Arab terrorists, said to have entered Germany undetected.
