Turkish Prime Minister Nihat Erim announced tonight that about 85 persons have been arrested in connection with yesterday’s kidnaping of Ephraim Elrom, the Israeli Consul General in Istanbul. An earlier government announcement said that one of the terrorists involved in the kidnaping has been captured.
