Mrs. Barbara Oberman, speaking for the United World Committee for the Repatriation of Soviet Jews, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today that a vigil for Soviet Jewry will be held throughout the Western world Nov. 7, the 54th anniversary of the Russian Revolution. Mrs. Oberman said Jewish groups in the United States, Britain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, Latin America and Canada have indicated their readiness to participate.
