Yigal Allon Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Culture, has replaced Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress, as the speaker at a festive session of the 28th World Zionist Congress to mark 75 years of Zionist history, it was announced today. Dr. Goldmann’s invitation to address the session was withdrawn by majority vote of the Zionist Executive last month following his remarks on Soviet Jewry in London Dec. 19.
