Kiev Jews to Commemorate Warsaw Ghetto Uprising

Fifteen Kiev Jews have advised city authorities that they plan a memorial service tomorrow to commemorate the Warsaw Ghetto uprising of 1943, according to Jewish sources. The petitioners said they wanted to observe a “day of mourning.” Such a request is necessary in the Soviet Union.
