A memorial day for Jewish victims of the Nazi holocaust began at sundown today. It will continue through sundown tomorrow when President Zalman Shazar will attend services at the Yad Vashem memorial. All places of entertainment were closed this evening. Israeli radio and television programs were devoted to memorials for the six million Jews killed by the Nazis.
