Gavriel Shapiro, Soviet Jewish activist, was reported by the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry to have arrived this afternoon in Vienna. His American wife, Judy Silver Shapiro, was there to greet him. The SSSJ also reported that Roman Rutman is due to leave the USSR Nov. 5.
