Pamphlets against Jews, signed by “Al Fatah,” the Palestinian terrorist group, have been mailed to many firms, a number of them Jewish, according to Jewish community leaders. One of the pamphlets has the slogan: “Death to the Zionist Jews.”
Jewish community leaders here cited a recent infiltration of Arab and leftist anti-Israel propaganda in Rio’s university campuses. Last week, they reported, a Jewish student was beaten by other students when he voiced opposition to an anti-Israel attack made by a lecturer on Afro-Asian problems at Rio’s Candido Mendes University. The lecturer was a Jewish woman journalist.
