Former Israeli Foreign Minister Abba Eban arrived here today for the purpose of collecting private French funds for Israel.
Sources at the Israel Embassy in Paris said that Eban’s presence in Paris during Egyptian President Anwar Sadat’s visit is a “more coincidence” and that there was no chance of any “secret meeting” between the two leaders.
