Dov Fisch, national executive director of the Jewish Defense League and Russel Kelner, JDL officer of operations, were fined $50 each Tuesday in New York City criminal court after being found guilty of disorderly conduct at a demonstration held at the Soviet Mission last March 30. The government dropped charges against the other demonstrators involved.
