An Israel-bound cargo that had been due to pass through the Suez Canal today or tomorrow will not now pass through for about a week or more, informed sources here confirmed today. The sources said the problem was one of “loading and technical difficulties.” They indicated that no firm date had been set for a cargo transit but hoped it would be before the month’s end. They stressed that the problems involved were technical rather than political.
