About 35 Palestinians who took over the Arab Information Center here 48 hours ago to protest against Israel and the Syrian invasion of Lebanon, plan to remain there for at least another 24 hours, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was informed today by the Jewish Sentinel. A Sentinel reporter who contacted the sit-ins by phone was told that the take over was aimed against “the Syrian invasion planned by the Zionist Jewish State of Israel and the reactionary Arab regime of Syria.” According to the reporter, the Palestinians are apparently students.
