Ten rabbis and a Presbyterian minister were among 13 persons arrested here yesterday after they chained themselves to the gate of the Soviet Consulate during a demonstration for Anatoly Sharansky. The demonstration, organized by the Bay Area Council on Soviet Jewry, drew some 300 persons who marched with placards denouncing Sharansky’s arrest on charges of treason and demanding his release.
