Three persons were injured when a bomb exploded in a downtown Jerusalem book store today causing some damage. A spokesman for the Palestine Liberation Organization in Damascus said the PLO’s “Ali Hassan Salame” unit was responsible. The group is named for a terrorist leader killed by a bomb in Beirut six months ago.
