— You may soon be able to take your own blood pressure or measure your pulse rate by putting a coin in the slot of an Israeli-invented and manufactured machine in your local pharmacy or supermarket. The Telkoor firm has produced a coin-operated machine in which the user thrusts his arm into a special slot and obtains a print-out within 30 seconds giving blood pressure and pulse rate. The company plans to market the machine in the U.S. and Europe.
