Three Israeli soldiers were wounded in two incidents in south Lebanon over the weekend, none seriously. In both cases the casualties were caused by explosives detonated at roadsides as Israeli military vehicles passed by.
A military spokesman reported that a soldier was wounded today when an explosive charge was triggered near two armored personnel carriers ona road at the eastern approaches to Sidon. There have been numerous attacks on Israeli personnel in that area in the past two weeks, military sources said.
