Leading Nazi-hunter Simon Wiesenthal called Thursday for the Serbs to turn over Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic to face trial for crimes against humanity. But Rabbi Marvin Hier, the dean of the center that bears Wiesenthal’s name, said he believes that NATO will broker a deal that would force Milosevic to step down but not stand trial.
