A new document attributed to Al-Qaida threatens more attacks in New York and Washington unless the United States stops supporting Israel in its battle against the Palestinians and Russia against Chechen rebels. The document, which was received last week by a reporter for the Al-Jazeera television network, also calls on Americans to convert to Islam.
