The National Endowment for the Humanities is supporting a Holocaust conference. The $100,000 grant from the U.S. government agency was recently made to Alan Mintz of the Conservative movement’s Jewish Theological Seminary for a conference to help high-school teachers prepare lessons on the Holocaust.
