A West Bank outpost named after the late Rabbi Meir Kahane’s slain son and daughter-in-law is slated for removal. On Sunday, Israel announced it would dismantle Tal Binyamin, a hilltop yeshiva still under construction, as well as a second outpost called Havat Maon, to honor its obligations under the U.S.-led “road map” peace plan.
