Israel fires envoy found drunk, bound

Israel fired its ambassador to El Salvador. Jerusalem sources said
Monday that Tsuriel Raphaeli has been recalled after El Savaldoran police
a couple of weeks ago found him outside drunk, bound and wearing only bondage paraphernalia. Raphaeli had been expected back in Israel due to family issues, the political sources said. The Foreign Ministry had no immediate word on who would replace him.
