A neo-Nazi group attacked residents in a Russian city. Gangs of skinheads attacked music fans last week mingling outside a punk rock concert in the Siberian city of Chelyabinsk, according to media reports. The neo-Nazis reportedly have been “patrolling” the downtown area in groups of dozens, attacking local citizens. Police who were summoned to the scene reportedly talked to the gang members, and no charges were filed against the group.
