Israel’s attorney general has approved, in principle, reducing the electricity supply to Gaza.

The Justice Ministry confirmed Thursday that Attorney General Menahem Mazuz had approved the plan in principle provided the flow is not completely stopped and residents are given warning, according to the Jerusalem Post.

Israel has sought to reduce electricity glow to Gaza in retaliation for Kassam rocket attacks on Israeli towns near the Gaza border.
