With polls suggesting that John McCain could wrap things up today, speculation is likely to intensify about whom he’ll tap as his running mate. Joe Lieberman has told JTA that he would not be the guy, or even a cabinet member in a McCain administration.
But … last week, at an AIPAC event in New York, Bill Kristol told the audience that Lieberman is McCain’s first choice, according to one attendee.
