Anderson Cooper and Katie Couric
Last night Katie Couric interviewed Sarah Jessica Parker. This was the first show in Couric’s highly publicized move from The CBS Evening News to ABC’s Nightline.
The actress was there to plug her new movie, I Don’t Know How She Does It. I’m going to guess that the “It” in the title refers to “walks in six inch high heeled Manolo Blahniks.” Or something like that.
In other new talk show news, Anderson “The Silver Fox” Cooper is set to interview Amy Winehouse’s whole mishpoche — mother, father, brother — for the first episode of his show, Anderson. The episode will also feature Amy’s on again, off again boyfriend, Reg Traviss. The series (and interview) are set to premiere September 12th.
No word on how tight Cooper’s shirts will be now that he’s moving to daytime. Here’s hoping they’re “reporting from the Haitian earthquake” skintight.
