One of the central members of the band Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, has been publicly  calling for a boycott of Israel, and now he’s been boycotted himself.

The 92nd Street Y, one of Manhattan’s biggest Jewish cultural centers, decided to cancel the “Evening with Roger Waters,” an event that was supposed to take place on April 30.

According to the Forward, the event “raised hackles among some members of the Jewish community because of Waters’ bitter criticism of Israel.”

Only a few weeks ago we reported that Waters claimed he convinced Stevie Wonder to cancel his performance at the “Friends of the IDF” gala in New York.“It’s absolutely outrageous that Jewish community funds are going to help Roger Waters spread his anti-Semitic message,” JCC Watch founder Richard Allen told the Forward.

So far, 92Y and Waters’ representatives have yet to respond.
