(JTA) — Two Israelis held by Jordanian police on suspicion of money laundering and counterfeiting were released.

The Israelis were arrested along with a British national Wednesday, according to Times of Israel, as Jordanian authorities accused them of “posing a security threat.”

The three suspects were arrested Monday in Amman while illegally possessing thousands of dollars, according to Haaretz. Times of Israel reported that the British man was a collector of Iraqi currency.

Jordanian police questioned the men and held them in a hotel room rather than a prison. It is unclear whether they will still be charged despite their release.
