Israeli secu- rity services cracked 10 terrorist cells in the Judea and Samaria regions and arrested 82 persons, it was announced today. Large quantities of hand grenades, arms and explosives were seized. Six of the cells were linked to El Fatah and one to Naif Hawatmeh’s Popular Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine. The other three were in the early stages of organizing and had not yet affiliated with any outside terrorist organization, security sources said.
