A delegation of 150 rabbis from 50 communities will fly to Israel Sunday for a seven-day visit to study its social welfare, educational, and defense problems. Rabbi Dudley Weinberg of Milwaukee, Wis., chairman of the United Jewish Appeal national rabbinic advisory council, will serve as coordinator of the mission which will include spiritual leaders from Judaism’s three branches.
