Eighteen students will comprise the first graduating class of the Haifa Technical. They will be given diplomas following a four year course at commencement exercises to be held in December.
The examining commission includes representatives of the Technical, the government and the Zionist Executive. The graduates will enter business life as architects and civil engineers. The diplomas will be signed by the Palestine government.
