Fifty Israeli fliers arrived here this week for training in airplane mechanics. They will be stationed at the Cal Aero Technical Institute. The fliers, between the ages of 18 and 21, are headed by Israel aptain Jariv Haran. The men are in the United States with the endorsement of the Department of State and will remain in this country about a year.
