The Holocaust will be the subject of a six-week summer study tour and seminar, “Politics, Religion and Genocide,” offered by Temple University from June 8 through July 23. Classrooms for the eight credit seminar will be the major archives on the Holocaust that have been assembled in the first seminar of its kind offered for credit by an American university as part of a regular summer program.
Seminar participants will have the opportunity to have special meetings and lectures by noted European and Israeli scholars as well as a variety of church officials, former members of the resistance, political leaders and survivors of the Nazi massacres.
