The British Maccabiah Organizing Committee announced today that 77 athletes have been selected for the British Maccabiah team. The team includes two girl athletes, three boxers, 15 football players, three cyclists, six fencers, 14 swimmers (including four girl swimmers), eight tennis and three table tennis players, three weight-lifters, a wrestler and a seven-man basketball team.
