The statistical department of the Jewish Agency reported today that 910 Jewish immigrants had entered Palestine in January.
The Official Gazette reported that 43 new enterprises were registered in Palestine in one week. They include ten private and six limited companies having an aggregate capital of L36,000. A land development company has been registered to “acquire land and buildings.” It has a capital of L10,000.
