A 2-year-old Chasidic boy was accidentally run over by a school bus and killed soon after the child’s mother had given the driver a Purim gift basket. The accident occurred in the predominantly Chasidic neighborhood of Borough Park in Brooklyn. Police said no charges would be filed against the driver, who is also Chasidic.
