A bid to lift Germany’s ban on an Islamist group that allegedly supports Palestinian terrorism failed. Last Friday, a German court turned down a request by the Islamist Al-Aksa charitable organization to be allowed to gather funds again. The court said the organization supports Mideast-based terrorist organizations, including Hamas, and thus “attacks the concept of understanding between peoples.”
