A body extracted from the rubble of the World Trade Center has been identified as an Israeli. Shai Levinhar, 29, worked for the bond trading firm Cantor Fitzgerald on the 103rd floor of one of the Twin Towers. Levinhar’s widow, Liat, who worked for the Israel Economic Mission in New York, recently returned to Israel with her ten-week-old daughter, Sapir.
