A Cairo dispatch to the N.Y. Times today said the Arab conferees had reached a unanimous agreement on the terms acceptable by the Palestine Arabs for an Anglo-Arab solution of the Palestine problem. The agreement called for acceptance of the British proposals for creation of an independent Palestine state on condition that the Arabs be permitted to take over administration of the Palestine Government more rapidly than proposed by Britain, with high government posts to be turned over to Arabs in the earliest stages of the transition period.
