A collection of speeches by Israeli Ambassador Chaim Herzog, made at the UN and elsewhere in the United States in the last three years, will be published in a few weeks by Random House in New York. The new book is titled “Who Stands Accused?”–the opening line used by Herzog in his famous speech in the Security Council debate on Israel’s rescue operation at Entebbe, Uganda, on July 4, 1976. Herzog said he has donated in advance all the royalties from the book for Israel’s Defense Fund.
