A former Nazi SS guard lost an appeal of his life sentence in prison for murdering a Jew during the Holocaust. Germany’s highest criminal court rejected the appeal of Anton Malloth, a former Nazi guard at the Theresienstadt concentration camp who was sentenced last year to life imprisonment for murder and attempted murder, according to The New York Times.
